If we change the way we think of ourselves today, the old behaviors and bad habits will seem abnormal and be easier to break.

Visualization - Daily visualization of yourself realizing your peak potential helps reshape your self image by giving your subconscious a positive reference point.
Positive Affirmations - First thing in the morning, and every night before bed, to train your subconscious.
